Full Name: Shelley Dionne Poole

Husband- David, daughter- Madisyn, son- Jadyn

When and where did you get saved:

When I was a little girl at River of Life church

Been in ministry since:
2000

One thing that most people don’t know about me:

When I was younger I did beauty pageants and was a child actress.

Favorite singer:

That’s hard. I love all types of music. I love worship but I also love 80’s and singer songwriters. I’m not sure I can pick just one singer.

Regular Coffee or Tea Order:
I love a good latte or cappuccino

Favorite Movies:
Romantic comedies or Spy movies. Pride and prejudice, Sweet home Alabama, and James Bond type flicks

My hero:
I don’t really have a hero. I would say the person I most admire is my friend Sharla. She is really more like a sister to me. She has poured into my life over the years and I honestly have no idea where I would be without her. I do my best to follow her example and to pour into other women as well.

The most adventurous thing you’ve ever done:

Traveled through Europe with my cousin for a few weeks by ourselves without an adult. I guess technically we were adults but just barely!

The most exotic place you’ve even been to:
I’ve never been a place that I would consider exotic. My favorite place I’ve ever visited is Venice, Italy.

What makes you laugh?
My kids. They are hilarious! I never know what is going to come out of their mouths.

Favorite Food:
Mexican hands down

Favorite actress:
Reece Witherspoon

Favorite Actor:
I don’t have one

In my spare time I…
I spend quality time with my family usually watching a tv series. I also love to read. I also write when I can.

Quirks:
I have to find a close parking spot (I have no idea why) My kids love to tease me about it

Fears:
Heights and not doing everything God sent me to do.

Favorite book:
Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers

Life-changing moment:
When my children were born.

Dream Vacation:
The Amalfi coast in Italy. I fell in love with Italy when I visited in college. I would move there if I had the opportunity. I would also like to visit Santorini and Fiji.
