At Journey Church, we believe that serving is one of the most powerful ways people connect to our mission of helping others take their next step with Jesus. We’ve seen that serving not only allows people to use their gifts, but also builds meaningful relationships within the community around them.
The Dream Team is the collective name we give to all of our incredible volunteers and leaders who serve in any capacity both within our church and out in our community.
For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.

DREAM TEAM BANQUET
Each year at Journey Church, we host a special Dream Team Banquet to celebrate and honor all of our incredible Dream Teamers. It’s a night full of fun, laughter, and appreciation where everyone gets to dress up according to a creative theme, enjoy a great dinner together, play games, and share plenty of memorable moments.
One of the highlights of the evening is handing out awards that recognize the unique personalities and contributions of those who serve so faithfully. It’s our way of saying thank you and celebrating the amazing people who make such a difference all year long.
