Our Mission
At Journey Church, our mission is to develop kids who are passionately in love with Jesus. Each week, Your kids will grow more in love with God and His house through worship, interactive lessons, and of course, fun!
We would love for your kids to come to Journey Kids this Sunday. Join the fun, and experience a world where kids meet Jesus on their level!
YOUR FIRST VISIT
As you make your way to the Kid's area, your first stop will be at the check-in counter. We want to serve you and your child well, so we'll take some time to gather some information about you. We'll ask about allergies, make sure we know what your child likes to be called, and collect your contact information.
Then you and your child will get a sticker with a matching code. The code is unique to your family and will be regenerated each week. You'll also use this sticker to pick up your child after service.
If for any reason, we need to reach you during the service, you'll receive a text message from our team.
EARLY CHILDHOOD
Children, age 6 weeks to 5 years old, are welcomed in an engaging and fun experience. Kids will learn how much God loves them, what a special creation they are, and how Jesus wants to be their friend forever.
ELEMENTARY
Kids, Kinder through 4th grade, experience God in a way they will never forget through exciting series they won't want to miss. It is our goal for every kid to realize that Jesus loves them and has an incredible plan for their lives.
MIX FIVE | SIX
This tailor-made ministry is designed specifically for your pre-teen. Our desire is that every 5th and 6th grade student would encounter God in a real and understandable way. MIX FIVE|SIX is the bridge to help students successfully transition from Journey Kids to Journey Youth through the use of interactive lessons, games and small groups. Wednesday Nights at 6:30pm.
WHAT MATTERS MOST
1. Safety
We take lots of steps before kids arrive to keep them safe. Every toy and environment gets cleaned and sanitized. And every volunteer is screened with an interview and background check. Our whole team, from staff members to small group leaders to safety personnel, are all trained to keep your kids safe.
2. Growing in God
The Bible is the most amazing book ever written! We want all children to love God's Word and understand its value in their lives. We bring Bible stories to life through activities and conversations that keep children engaged.
3. Fun
Kids love fun! We create fun ways for children to learn about Jesus, including games, activities, singing, and live acting.
THE RIDE HOME
We encourage parents to keep the conversation going on the car ride home.

Our goal is to have a positive answer to both of those questions each week.
